TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE ADIDAS ACTIVATION / CONTEST
Activation: EuroLeague Fan Zone Event – (Zappeion, Booth 2)
Including the Contest “Speed Basketball Challenge” and the “Photo/Video Booth (AI activation)”
These terms of participation (the “Terms”) govern the participation of visitors in an entertainment activation implemented in the context of the EuroLeague Final Four 2026, under the title “EuroLeague Fan Zone Event – (Zappeion, Booth 2)” (the “Activation”), which includes, on the one hand, an on-site skill-based game of a competitive nature based on performance titled “Speed Basketball Challenge” (the “Contest”) and, on the other hand, an on-site “Photo/Video Booth (AI activation)” for the creation of AI-generated photo and/or video (the “AI Experience”). Participation in the Activation entails acceptance of these Terms, to the extent they are applicable to each participant, as set out below.
Organizer – Agency
The organizer of the promotional activity/contest (the “Contest”) is adidas Hellas Single-Member S.A., with registered office at 1 Zamanou Str. & 112 Vouliagmenis Ave., Glyfada, Greece, Tax ID 094410037, Tax Office KEFODE Attikis (the “Organizer” or “adidas”).
“GEORGIOS PAPAZAFEIROPOULOS AND SIA E.E.”, trading as “G.P. MAGIC BUS E.E.”, with registered office at 10 Notara Str., Nea Ionia Attikis, Tax ID 800513016, Tax Office KEFODE Attikis, acts as the advertising/creative agency responsible for the implementation of the Activation/Contest and its technical support (the “Agency” or “MAGIC BUS”).
Any additional partners/contractors that operationally support the Activation act in cooperation with the Organizer and within the scope of their respective responsibilities. Each involved party remains solely responsible for its own acts or omissions.
Article 1 – Purpose
The purpose of the Activation is to provide an entertainment experience to visitors of the EuroLeague Fan Zone. The purpose of the Contest is to designate one winner per day based on the highest valid performance recorded by the activity system. The purpose of the AI Experience is the creation and sending to the participant of the generated content to the email address that they will provide, exclusively for personal use/receipt by the participant themselves.
Article 2 – Subject Matter – Description – Venue
The Activation is carried out at the Zappeion, within the EuroLeague Fan Zone area and primarily at adidas Booth 2 (the “Venue”).
2.1 Speed Basketball Challenge: visitors participate free of charge and on-site, with the objective of achieving the best performance in each attempt. Within the space there is a wall with eight (8) balls; illuminated indicators activate around specific balls and the participant must move as quickly as possible and touch the corresponding ball when the light activates around it. Performance is recorded as the number of successful hits within a predefined time limit.
2.2 Photo/Video Booth (AI activation): visitors can create on-site AI-generated photo and/or video content that includes themselves. To receive the generated content, the active submission of an email address is required.
2.3 By their participation in the Activation, participants are deemed to have taken knowledge of and accepted the basic terms of participation. Explicit acceptance is required where the participant submits their data and/or is designated as a winner.
2.4 General Fan Zone coverage (photography/video recording – potentially drone): within the wider area general photographic and video coverage will take place for documentation and promotional purposes through wide-angle shots and may also include aerial recording (drone), without focus on identifiable individuals.
Article 3 – Definitions
“Activation”: the entirety of the on-site activities described in these Terms, including the Contest, the AI Experience and the general coverage of the Fan Zone.
“Contest”: the promotional activity/contest entitled “Speed Basketball Challenge”.
“AI Experience”: the on-site experience “Photo/Video Booth (AI activation)”.
“Performance” / “Score”: the result/score recorded by the Contest system for each participation.
“Top Performance (at that time)” / “beat the previous score”: the highest Performance achieved up to the time of a participant's participation during the same day of operation.
“Daily Winner”: the participant who, at the end of each day of operation, has achieved the highest overall Performance of that day.
“Prize”: the gift/prize awarded to the Daily Winner, as described in Article 10.
“Contact Details”: the personal data submitted by participants who achieve a Top Performance (at that time), exclusively for the purposes of communication and Prize delivery.
Article 4 – Acceptance of Terms – Privacy Notice – Separation of purposes
Participation in the Activation and/or the Contest requires the unconditional acceptance of these Terms and compliance therewith.
Only participants in the Contest who achieve the highest performance up to that moment (“beat the previous score”), as well as participants in the AI Experience, shall be requested to provide Contact Details and to expressly accept these Terms, exclusively in order to enable communication and the awarding of the Prize.
Participation in the AI Experience and receipt of the generated content requires that the participant actively provides their email address for the creation and delivery of the AI-generated content.
The provision of Contact Details for the Contest is carried out exclusively for prize fulfilment purposes and not for promotional communication.
Article 5 – Eligibility
The right to participate is granted to natural persons who are visitors of the EuroLeague Fan Zone, attend the Venue, have legal capacity and are in a condition that allows for safe participation.
Where participation of minors is permitted, it shall be allowed only upon prior consent of the legal guardians / persons exercising parental responsibility, in written and/or electronic form.
Excluded from participation are: (i) employees of adidas and any involved agency/contractor and their first-degree relatives and spouses/partners; (ii) persons who do not meet the requirements; (iii) persons who harass or infringe third parties or vandalize the Venue; (iv) persons using false or misleading information, abusive practices or methods affecting the integrity of the Activation.
Article 6 – Rules of conduct – Safety – Staff instructions
Participants are required to comply with the instructions of the Organizer and supporting personnel/partners, as well as with the safety and operational rules of the Venue. Participation is subject to order of priority, capacity, limitations on attempts and other on-site requirements.
Dangerous, improper or harassing behaviour is prohibited. Persons under the evident influence of alcohol or substances may be excluded.
Participants acknowledge that participation in the “Speed Basketball Challenge” involves a basic level of physical activity and is carried out at their own risk. Participants must refrain if they have a health condition rendering participation unsafe.
Article 7 – Participation in the Contest – “beat the previous score” – Data Collection
Participation in the Contest takes place on-site at adidas Booth 2, free of charge. During the day, no data is collected from all participants. Only if a participant achieves the best performance up to that moment will they be requested to provide Contact Details (full name, mobile phone, email) and to accept these Terms, exclusively to enable Prize delivery if designated Daily Winner.
Article 8 – Participation in the AI Experience – Receipt of content
Participation in the AI Experience takes place on-site at the Booth. The participant actively provides their email address and accepts these Terms. The generated content is sent to the email provided and will not be used by adidas for its own purposes beyond delivery to the participant.
The participant may optionally upload the content to their own social media using suggested hashtags/@mentions provided on-site, without creating any obligation.
Article 9 – Duration
(a) 21 May 2026, 19:00–23:00; (b) 22 and 23 May 2026, 11:00–23:00; (c) 24 May 2026, 11:00–20:00.
adidas reserves the right, for reasons of force majeure, safety, technical or other objective reasons, to modify the schedule or suspend/cancel.
Article 10 – Prizes
A total of four (4) prizes, one (1) per day of operation. The prize is a gift voucher of €300, redeemable exclusively at the adidas store at 44 Ermou Street, valid until 30/06/2026. The prize is personal, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Article 11 – Recording of Results – Transparency
Performance is recorded by the activity system as the number of successful hits within a predefined time limit. Clearly visible Signage will be placed at the Venue with key information about the Contest.
Article 12 – Designation of Daily Winner – Tie cases
The Daily Winner is the participant with the highest overall valid Performance of that day. In the event of a tie, the Daily Winner shall be the participant who achieved the relevant performance first, on a time-priority basis.
Article 13 – Notification of Winners – Delivery of Prize
adidas shall contact the Daily Winner using the provided Contact Details. The Daily Winner must accept their status and provide any additional details necessary for prize delivery within two (2) calendar days. The prize is collected from the adidas store at 44 Ermou Street.
If contact is not possible or the winner does not respond within the deadline, they forfeit their right to the prize. adidas may then award it to the next ranked participant of the same day.
Article 14 – General photography/video recording in the Fan Zone
General photography and video recording (possibly with drone) may take place for documentation and/or promotional purposes through wide-angle shots, without focusing on natural persons. Information is provided through Signage and Article 15 below.
Article 15 – Information on the Processing of Personal Data
adidas Hellas Single-Member S.A. acts as Controller of the personal data processed in the context of the activations.
Speed Basketball Challenge: where a participant achieves a top performance (“beat the previous score”), the following data is collected: full name, contact details (email, telephone), information about participation/performance, and whether the participant is an adult/minor.
AI Photo/Video Booth: image and/or video content, contact email, adult/minor status. Image/video is processed through AI tools exclusively to create personalised content sent to the participant.
Purposes: proper conduct of the Activation, performance recording, designation of winners, communication and prize delivery, creation/delivery of AI content, and compliance with legal obligations.
Legal basis: contract performance, legitimate interests, and compliance with legal obligations.
Retention: as long as necessary for the fulfilment of obligations, or as required by law for legal claims.
Access is granted only to authorised personnel of adidas and external partners supporting the event (including G.P. MAGIC BUS E.E. and AI tool providers).
Participants have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, object, data portability, and lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (https://eservices.dpa.gr/).

Article 16 – Liability – Indemnification
The participant bears exclusive responsibility for the accuracy, completeness and truthfulness of the information provided. In case of false or misleading information, the Organizer may cancel participation or withhold the Prize.
The participant shall indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer, affiliated companies, and third-party partners from claims arising out of breach of these Terms, unlawful participation or damage to equipment/Venue attributable to the participant.
Article 17 – Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer and its partners shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising in connection with the Activation, unless attributable to their fault.
Participation may require the use of third-party technological means and services. The Organizer does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and shall not be liable for delays, malfunctions or issues with networks, providers, equipment, software or email services, except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
Internet access costs, data usage and related expenses are borne exclusively by the participant.
Article 18 – Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual and industrial property rights belong to adidas and/or its affiliates and/or rightful owners. Reproduction, copying, distribution or any other exploitation without prior written consent is prohibited.
AI-generated content is sent to the participant for personal use only and will not be used by adidas for its own purposes beyond delivery.
Article 19 – Amendment of Terms
adidas reserves the right to amend these Terms or to cancel/postpone the Contest, at its discretion, for reasons of safety, compliance, technical nature or proper conduct.
Article 20 – Governing Law – Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Athens.
